SEA PLANE RATING
Your seaplane rating (ASES) is only five hours away. We offer a 5 hour floatplane training program (includes checkride) for the seaplane pilot. In addition we use a Cessna 172 on straight EDO floats and train along the Colorado River and on Lake Buchanan. Training along the river provides the student with an opportunity to make hundreds of uninterrupted Take-offs and landings. The river also provides experience in narrow body operations, lake operations, short field, glassy water and rough water.
